Create a decadent turtle cheesecake in your air fryer with layers of chocolate, caramel, pecans, and creamy cheesecake - a heavenly combination!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 6 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • chocolate ice cream topping
  • caramel ice cream topping
  • chopped toasted pecans
Instructions:
  • Prepare your 7- to 7 1/2-inch springform or cake pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper. Combine graham crackers and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix well. Press the crumb mixture onto the bottom and up 1 inch along the sides of the pan.
  • Prepare the filling by blending cream cheese, sour cream, 1/3 cup sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until smooth using an electric mixer. Slowly incorporate eggs, one at a time, mixing until just combined. Pour the filling over the crust and place in the air fryer basket.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • Cook for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 240 degrees F (115 degrees C) and cook for an additional 20 minutes. The center of the cheesecake will look moist and may have a slight jiggle. Transfer the cheesecake to a wire rack and allow it to sit for about 15 minutes. Use a small sharp knife or thin spatula to gently loosen the cheesecake from the sides of the pan. Let it cool completely, about 30 more minutes. Remove the cheesecake from the pan and refrigerate, covered, for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, generously drizzle with chocolate and caramel ice cream toppings, then sprinkle with pecans for a delightful finishing touch.
