Delicious air-fried fish nuggets made with mahi mahi or any firm fish, ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds mahi mahi fillets
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 10 oz seasoned fish fry coating (such as Louisiana® Fish Fry Products)
  • nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat air fryer to a perfect 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Slice mahi mahi fillets into bite-sized 1 1/2-inch nuggets.
  • Set up a breading station with flour in one dish, beaten egg in another dish, and fish fry coating in a third dish.
  • Coat the fish nuggets in flour, dip in egg, and then breadcrumbs. Place batches of nuggets in the air fryer basket and generously spray with cooking spray.
  • Cook the nuggets in the air fryer for 12 minutes, then cook the remaining nuggets in the same way. Serve immediately.
