Air-fryer BBQ chicken thighs

Ingredients:
  • 4 medium free-range chicken thighs bone in, skin removed
  • 2 teaspoons BBQ seasoning
  • 1 handful of fine breadcrumbs
  • olive oil
  • 4 small corn on the cob
  • a few sprigs of coriander (optional)
  • 1 lime (optional)
Instructions:
  • Lay out the chicken thighs on a board or tray. Season with BBQ seasoning and breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken. Transfer the chicken to the air fryer in a single layer, drizzle with oil, and cook at 180°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Add the corn on top and continue cooking for another 10 minutes until golden. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime wedges. Serve with a side of crunchy slaw. Enjoy!
