High-protein, low-carb meatloaf alternative that is satisfying and pairs perfectly with a fresh salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 0.33333334326744 cup crushed fried pork skins
  • 2.5 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfectly baked dish.
  • Combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, crushed pork skins, eggs, chili powder, garlic salt, and garlic pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer to a greased loaf pan.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow it to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
