Almond Milk Horchata

Refreshing vanilla cinnamon horchata made with almond milk, rice milk, and condensed milk.
Ingredients:
  • 1 quart unsweetened rice milk
  • 1 quart unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • ice
Instructions:
  • Combine rice milk, almond milk, and condensed milk in a large jug. Add vanilla and almond extracts. Transfer about 2 cups to a bowl and whisk in cinnamon until well mixed.
  • Return the cinnamon mixture to the jug, mix well, and incorporate the cinnamon sticks. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
  • Give the horchata a gentle stir before pouring it over ice to serve.
