Elevate your turkey burger with tangy pineapple, juicy tomato, and zesty Sriracha mayo.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated gingerroot
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 slices fresh pineapple
  • 4 hamburger buns, split
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices tomato
  • Sliced onion
Instructions:
  • Prepare the grill by spraying the rack with cooking spray and heating it. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, gingerroot, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Shape the mixture into 4 patties and set aside.
  • Grill patties and pineapple slices over medium heat until patties reach an internal temperature of 160°F, about 8-10 minutes, flipping once. Grill pineapple slices until browned and slightly charred, about 8-10 minutes, flipping once. Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, grilled pineapple, onion, and sauce. Enjoy!
