Gluten-free twist on classic Seven Layer Bars recipe using easily accessible supermarket ingredients. Remember to verify gluten-free labels on all items.
Ingredients:
  • 7 ounces sweetened flaked coconut, divided
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces unsalted peanuts
  • 0.5 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while generously greasing a 13x9-inch baking pan.
  • Evenly layer 2/3 of the flaked coconut on the bottom of the baking pan. Sprinkle butterscotch morsels, chocolate chips, and peanuts evenly over the coconut. Drizzle condensed milk over the pan. Finish by topping with sliced almonds and the remaining coconut.
  • Place in a cozy oven for 20 minutes, then allow to cool completely before slicing into delicious squares.
