Whip up a delicious and quick banana cake with Funfetti® cake mix, cream cheese, oil, and ripe bananas - a new family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package cake mix with candy bits (such as Pillsbury® Funfetti®), or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while generously greasing and flouring a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine bananas, cream cheese, and oil. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes. Add cake mix and beat for an additional 3 minutes. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, for 30-35 minutes.
