Elevate tuna salad with fresh apple and sweet cranberries for a nutritious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 sweet apple, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • sea salt to taste
  • 4 cups chopped fresh spinach
Instructions:
  • Combine tuna, cranberries, apple, mayonnaise, green onion, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Divide 2 cups of fresh spinach evenly between 2 plates and generously spoon half of the flavorful tuna salad over the vibrant spinach bed.
