Surprise them with this guilt-free peach cobbler that even non-believers will love. Quick, easy, and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup reduced-calorie margarine, melted
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 cup skim milk
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans sliced peaches packed in juice, drained and juice reserved
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • First, gently pour the melted margarine into a 9x13 inch baking dish and set it aside. Then, in a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and white sugar. Add 1 cup of the reserved peach liquid and the milk, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Without stirring, carefully spread the batter in the dish over the margarine. Finally, spoon the peaches evenly over the batter. Enjoy!
  • Bake until the top turns a lovely golden color, about 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
