Create mouthwatering brisket sandwiches in just 30 minutes with this shortcut recipe. Skip the hours-long cooking process and savor the best brisket sandwich ever!
Ingredients:
  • 800g pkt Made Easy Slow Cooked Beef Brisket with American Style BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Ciabatta*, split horizontally
  • 20.00 ml Beer Flavoured Dijon Mustard
  • 400g pkt American BBQ Slaw Kit
  • 3 Monterey Jack Cheese Slices
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Transfer the beef from the packaging into an ovenproof casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until thoroughly heated. Let it cool before serving.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high heat. Toast the ciabatta, cut-side down, for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Spread with mustard. Toss the salad kit in a large bowl according to the package instructions.
  • Shred the beef using 2 forks, then mix in the sauce from the beef packet. Layer the bread base with slaw, beef mixture, and cheese. Season to taste before topping with the bread top. Finally, slice the sub into 4 equal pieces before serving.
