Anti-Inflammatory Hot Turmeric Milk

Wholesome hot turmeric milk infused with cinnamon, ginger, honey, and a hint of black pepper to soothe inflammation and boost antioxidants in any milk of your choice.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ghee (clarified butter)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, blend milk, water, ginger, honey, ghee, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper. Heat on medium until boiling, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Remove the pot from the heat, strain out the fresh ginger, and serve immediately.
