Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon wedge
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil before adding turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to infuse the flavors.
  • Simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Pour brewed tea into a large glass through a strainer.
