Irresistible panini with gooey brie, honey ham, and sourdough.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 40g butter, softened
  • 40g baby spinach leaves
  • 400g honey leg ham, thinly sliced
  • 200g triple cream brie, thinly sliced
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored, thinly sliced
  • 8 thyme sprigs
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • Thyme sprigs, extra, to serve
  • Coles Australian 4-Leaf Salad Mix, to serve
Instructions:
  • Butter one side of each bread slice. Place half of the slices, butter-side down, on a clean work surface. Layer with spinach, ham, brie, apple, and thyme. Drizzle with half of the honey, season, and cover with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
  • Preheat the sandwich press. Toast the sandwiches in 2 batches for 6-8 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is golden and crisp. Drizzle with the remaining honey and sprinkle with extra thyme. Serve with the salad leaves.
