Whip up a quick and delicious apple smoothie for a satisfying and nutritious breakfast option.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 apple - peeled, cored, and cubed
  • 1 cup halved frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Cabot® 2%)
Instructions:
  • In a blender, start with the almond milk, then add the apple, strawberries, banana, and yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula as needed.
  • Divide the mixture among individual glasses and enjoy right away.
