Involve kids in creating fun and vibrant fruity doughnuts, perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large Granny Smith apple
  • 1 large Pink Lady apple
  • 280g yoghurt
  • Chopped strawberry, to serve
  • Toasted muesli, to serve
  • Chopped orange, to serve
  • Crushed banana chips, to serve
  • Halved blueberries, to serve
  • Sunflower seeds, to serve
  • Halved grapes, to serve
  • Chopped kiwifruit, to serve
  • Pepitas (pumpkin seeds), to serve
Instructions:
  • Slice apples into 1cm-thick crosswise pieces after coring.
  • Top the sweet strawberry and muesli doughnuts with a dollop of yogurt and garnish with a sprinkle of strawberries and muesli.
  • Top the sunny orange and banana chip doughnuts with a dollop of yogurt and garnish with orange and banana chips.
  • For attractive blueberry and seeds doughnuts, drizzle with yogurt and generously sprinkle with blueberries and sunflower seeds.
  • Drizzle yogurt over the doughnuts and top with a generous sprinkle of grapes and muesli.
  • Top the clever kiwifruit and pepita doughnuts with a generous spoonful of yogurt, then sprinkle with diced kiwifruit and toasted pepitas.
