Get excited for this delicious and crunchy oat breakfast!
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 gm traditional oats
  • 125.00 ml quinoa
  • 125.00 ml sunflower seeds
  • 115.00 gm walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 5.00 gm ground cinnamon
  • 335.00 gm golden syrup
  • 357.50 gm honey
  • 75.90 gm sunflower oil
  • 250.00 ml finely chopped dried apple
  • 250.00 ml dried cranberries
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat your oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced and line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. 2. In a bowl, mix oats, quinoa, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and cinnamon together. 3. Pour in the golden syrup, honey, and oil, and stir thoroughly until everything is well combined.
  • Evenly distribute the oat mixture on the prepared trays. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden. Remove from the oven, then mix in the apple and cranberries. Cool completely on trays, then break into small pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
