Heavenly combination of apple-mint sauce with succulent roast pork.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pink lady apples, skin on
  • 36.00 gm sugar
  • 15.90 gm lemon juice
  • 62.50 ml mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Cut the apples into large chunks. Combine the apples, sugar, and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until sugar dissolves, then simmer for 3-4 minutes until apples are soft but firm. Add lemon juice, mint, salt, and pepper. Chill until serving.
