Irresistible apple yogurt snack topped with toasted coconut ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2.60 gm shredded coconut
  • 1 apple
  • 70g (1/4 cup) thick strawberry yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Toast coconut in a small frying pan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, for 1 minute until fragrant. Cut apple in half, remove the core, and slice into thin wedges. Arrange apple wedges in a spiral pattern on a plate. Fill the center with yogurt and sprinkle toasted coconut on top before serving.
