Moist apple strudel bread with double cinnamon streusel layers.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup oil
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups grated apples
  • 0.5 cup chopped nuts
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Fold in grated apples and chopped nuts. Combine ingredients until mixed well. Set aside.
  • To make the streusel topping, combine sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a bowl. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Spread half of the mixture in the bottom of the loaf pan, pour in the batter, and sprinkle with the rest of the streusel.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
