Apple cinnamon walnut quick bread bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 cups apples - peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease two 8 1/2x4 1/2-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt, walnuts, and apples in a big bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together oil, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Divide the batter evenly into the loaf pans.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
