Decadent apple cream dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 apples
  • 8 cups bread cubes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you peel, core, and cube the apples.
  • Prep the 13x9 inch baking pan with a light coating of grease. Layer half of the bread cubes followed by half of the apples on the bottom. Repeat with the remaining bread and apples.
  • Combine eggs, cream, sugar, milk, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Beat until well combined. Pour evenly over the bread cubes and apples.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown and delicious. Serve immediately while still piping hot.
