Crispy cinnamon sugar-coated apple chips, a perfect portable and healthy snack.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Golden Delicious apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1.5 teaspoons white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 225 degrees Fahrenheit (110 degrees Celsius).
  • Lay out apple slices in a single layer on a metal baking sheet.
  • Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then generously sprinkle over apple slices.
  • Bake the apples in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour until dried and edges curl. Then, use a metal spatula to transfer the chips to a wire rack to cool and become crispy.
