Try this quick and easy apple pie-inspired dessert for a delicious taste of fall in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 small pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping
Instructions:
  • Arrange apple slices on a microwaveable plate, drizzle lightly with butter-flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle pecans, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg over the top. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, tossing occasionally, until tender.
