Apple raspberry crumble

Ingredients:
  • 312.50 ml plain flour
  • 0.60 gm salt
  • 82.50 gm butter
  • 3-80.00 gm water
  • 4 granny smith apples
  • 100g raspberries
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar, optional
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 50.00 gm instant oats
  • 99.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 21.25 gm desiccated coconut
  • 125.00 gm butter
Instructions:
  • Blend the base ingredients in a blender until a dough forms, then press evenly into a 9x9 inch baking tray.
  • Arrange the sliced apples on top of the pastry base and optionally sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • Preheat the oven to 190C.
  • Prepare a flavorful crumble by combining all the crumble ingredients in a blender.
  • Take out the baking tray, add the raspberries, and gently crumble the topping over them using your fingers.
  • Continue to bake in the oven for an additional 20 minutes.
