Ingredients:
  • 1 pear, diced
  • 1 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 (10 ounce) package mixed baby greens
  • 0.25 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard and vinegar. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until a dressing forms. Set aside.
  • Combine the apple, pear, cranberries, baby greens, blue cheese, and walnuts in a large salad bowl. Gently toss to mix everything together, then drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
