  • Preheat your oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Lay ham on a sheet of aluminum foil, cut-side down. Combine brown sugar, apricot jam, and mustard powder in a small bowl. Brush the glaze onto the ham using a pastry or barbecue brush, saving any extra. Wrap the foil around the ham and place it on a baking sheet with edges.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 2 hours or 14 minutes per pound if a different size, then apply the remaining glaze 20 minutes before finishing.
