Baked chicken thighs with onion soup mix, apricot nectar, and juicy apricot halves.
Ingredients:
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (14 ounce) can apricot nectar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can apricot halves, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Arrange the chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the soup mix and apricot nectar in a small bowl, then drizzle the mixture over the chicken.
  • Bake in a piping hot oven for 55 minutes.
  • Add apricot halves on top of the chicken pieces and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
