Create a flavorful dish from a community recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 8 chicken thigh fillets
  • 250.00 ml plain flour
  • Salt and pepper, to season
  • 405ml Berry Apricot Nectar
  • 1 packet French Onion Soup mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C.
  • Season the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl. Coat the chicken pieces by rolling them in the seasoned flour until fully covered. Transfer the coated chicken to a casserole dish.
  • Simmer nectar and soup until thickened in a pot. Drizzle over chicken. Bake covered in the oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • Serve alongside rice, potatoes, or noodles and optionally garnish with parsley.
