Impress brunch guests with a tropical twist on mimosas using apricot mango juice.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle sparkling rose (such as Segura Viudas Brut Rose Cava blend)
  • 3 cups apricot mango juice, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Carefully pour rose into a chilled glass pitcher while tilting the bottle to maintain the bubbles. Mix in an equal amount of apricot mango juice. Serve in chilled Champagne flutes.
