Deliciously light apricot-mango fruit dip.
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel), softened
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light apricot mango yogurt
  • 1/4 cup apricot nectar
  • 15 fresh strawberries, cut in half
  • 20 pieces cut-up honeydew melon
  • 20 red or green grapes
  • 20 wedges fresh mango
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, yogurt, and apricot nectar in a medium bowl until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour, covered.
  • Enjoy the creamy dip alongside a colorful array of fresh fruit.
