Cool off with creamy Mexican rice ice pops - a refreshing summer delight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring water, rice, and sugar to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  • Combine cooked rice, sweetened condensed milk, and milk in a large bowl. Fill ice pop molds with the mixture and freeze until solid for at least 2 hours.
