Creamy artichoke spread on crusty French bread, baked until bubbly and hot - a crowd-pleasing, easy appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 loaf French bread, cut lengthwise in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix together artichoke hearts, tangy Parmesan cheese, creamy mayonnaise, and pungent garlic in a bowl.
  • Evenly layer the artichoke topping on the French bread halves, then arrange them on a baking sheet.
