Baked chicken breasts with Parmesan and artichoke hearts for an easy and tasty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch garlic pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Combine artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic pepper in a medium bowl. Spread the mixture over the chicken in the baking dish, ensuring even coverage.
  • Roast the chicken in the oven until thoroughly cooked, about 30 minutes. Ensure it reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) using an instant-read thermometer.
