Artichoke Hearts au Gratin

Baked artichoke hearts topped with cheese, French fried onions, and Italian dressing. A delicious mix of creamy and crunchy flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans artichoke hearts in water, drained
  • 0.5 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (3 ounce) can French-fried onions
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C), then give your baking dish a quick kiss of cooking spray.
  • Place artichoke hearts at the base of the dish and generously drizzle with 1/4 cup of salad dressing.
  • After baking for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, top with cheese and drizzle with the remaining 1/4 cup salad dressing. Continue baking until the cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 10 more minutes. Turn off the oven, sprinkle fried onions over the top, and return to the oven for an additional minute.
