Savory ground beef in tangy hoisin-peanut sauce, served in crisp lettuce cups with cucumber, carrot, and mint.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 0.5 cup hoisin sauce
  • 0.5 cup peanut sauce
  • 12 lettuce leaves
  • 1 cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrot
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh mint
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble ground beef in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in hoisin sauce and peanut sauce, cooking until heated through for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Fill crisp lettuce leaves with savory beef mixture. Add fresh cucumber, carrot, and mint on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to enhance flavors.
