Marinate flank steak in hoisin, soy sauce, ginger, sherry, BBQ, green onions, and garlic. Skewer, grill, and enjoy as a delicious dish!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon barbeque sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1.5 pounds flank steak

Instructions:
  • Combine hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, barbeque sauce, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and fresh ginger in a small bowl.
  • Slice flank steak diagonally into 1/4 inch slices across the grain and place in a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag. Pour hoisin sauce mixture over the steak slices, ensuring they are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or for a richer flavor, overnight.
  • Preheat a fiery outdoor grill. Get rid of the marinade, then skewer the flavorful steak.
  • Prepare the grill grate by lightly oiling it. Grill the skewers for 3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.
