Whip up a quick and delicious Asian beef stir-fry in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 500g hokkien noodles
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 400g lean beef rump steak, excess fat removed, thinly sliced across the grain
  • 200g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 medium zucchini, cut into thick sticks
  • 150g green beans, topped, diagonally sliced
  • 20.00 gm water
  • 43.20 gm hoisin sauce (Ayam brand)
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Place the noodles in a large heatproof bowl and pour over boiling water. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then drain thoroughly. Set aside.
  • Heat half of the olive oil in a large wok over high heat. Stir-fry the beef for 2-3 minutes until just cooked. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  • Drizzle in the remaining olive oil and lower the heat to medium-high. Toss in the broccoli, zucchini, and beans, stir-frying for 2 minutes. Then, add the noodles and water, cover, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp, tossing occasionally.
  • Add the beef back to the wok along with the savory hoisin sauce and rich soy sauce. Toss thoroughly until everything is fully mixed and warmed. Serve promptly.
