Quick and easy Asian beef stir-fry with vegetables ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package (3 oz) Oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
  • 1 pkg (1 lb) fresh stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, snow pea pods and bell peppers) (4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
Instructions:
  • Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove beef from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, bring water to a boil and add the block of noodles from the soup mix. Stir until slightly softened, then mix in the vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Combine the seasoning packet from the soup mix, stir-fry sauce, and beef. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, until heated through. Serve in separate bowls.
