Create a fantastic Asian pork salad with just six ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 3 (120g each) pork loin medallions
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, grated
  • 1 large Lebanese cucumber, peeled, halved lengthways, seeds removed, sliced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100g baby Asian salad greens
  • 87.45 gm soy chilli dressing
Instructions:
  • Prepare the barbecue plate or chargrill by spraying it with oil and heating it over medium-high heat. Grill the pork for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
  • In a large bowl, mix together carrot, cucumber, onion, and Asian greens. Add pork and dressing. Toss well to combine. Serve and enjoy!
