Grill up juicy Asian pork in foil packets for an easy and flavorful dinner.
Ingredients:
  • Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 0.25 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 teaspoons stir-fry sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • Hot cooked rice
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F or grill to medium-high.
  • Arrange pork slices, broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, bell pepper, and onions neatly in the center of a sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil.
  • Combine the sweet and sour sauce, stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a small bowl, then drizzle the mixture evenly over the pork and vegetables.
  • Fold the foil sides up, making a sealed packet that allows for heat circulation. Repeat to make a total of four packets.
  • Store the packets in Hefty® Slider Bags, label with a permanent marker, and freeze until ready to thaw and cook.
  • Thaw frozen packets in the refrigerator for 10 to 12 hours.
  • Lay the defrosted packets on a baking sheet for baking in the oven or for grilling.
  • Cook the pork in the oven for 20-22 minutes or on the grill for 15-16 minutes until it reaches 160 degrees F and the vegetables are crisp-tender. Enjoy with rice and extra sauce, if preferred.
