Tender oven-roasted Asian pork marinated in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chile paste, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) fat-trimmed pork tenderloin
  • 0.33333334326744 cup lite soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Asian chile paste
  • 1.5 teaspoons pepper
Instructions:
  • Lay the pork tenderloin in a shallow dish.
  • Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Whisk in green onions, garlic, brown sugar, chile paste, and pepper until well combined. Pour the flavorful sauce over the tenderloin, ensuring the meat is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate the dish to marinate for 8 hours to overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to a piping hot 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Place the marinated pork tenderloin onto a baking pan lined with aluminum foil.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the thermometer reads at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C. Rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.
