Ingredients:
  • 3 bunches of asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons clotted cream
Instructions:
  • Remove the tough ends from the asparagus. Boil them in salted water until tender, then drain them. Combine the asparagus with clotted cream and mix well. Season with sea salt and black pepper to your preference, then blend until smooth.
