Easy au gratin side dish: Frozen potatoes, canned soup, minimal prep, more time for the main course.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, minced
  • 1 small finely diced onion
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash browns
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  • Combine both condensed soups, sour cream, bell pepper, and onion in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Evenly layer frozen hash browns in the pan, then generously smother them with the flavorful soup mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 30 minutes until melted.
