Create a stunning autumn salad with sliced pears, apples, kiwifruit, and creamy yogurt, topped with vibrant pomegranate seeds. Perfect for impressing guests with flavor and beauty!
Ingredients:
  • 4 kiwifruit
  • 375g yoghurt
  • 2 Beurre Bosc pears, quartered, cored, thinly sliced
  • 4 Pink Lady or Gala apples, thinly sliced crossways
  • 165.00 ml pomegranate seeds
Instructions:
  • Slice the kiwifruit into thin 5mm slices, then use a 4cm flower-shaped cutter to create kiwi flowers.
  • Scoop the yogurt onto a serving platter, then artfully arrange the pear, apple, and kiwifruit flowers on top. Sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds and serve promptly.
