Flavorful gluten-free salad with zesty capers and red onion.
Ingredients:
  • 65.63 gm lemon juice
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • Pinch of caster sugar
  • 1/2 small iceberg lettuce, leaves torn
  • 1/2 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml drained capers, rinsed
  • 1 avocado, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, and sugar. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • In a large bowl, toss together the crisp lettuce, fresh onion, and briny capers. Add creamy avocado on top and generously drizzle with the flavorful dressing. Serve and enjoy!
