Easy and delicious sourdough sandwich for any meal!
Ingredients:
  • 123.75 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml Brand Baby Capers
  • 20.00 ml chopped dill
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 1/2 White Sourdough Vienna loaf
  • 1 Hass avocado, sliced
  • 20g mixed salad leaves
  • 200g Brand Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
Instructions:
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, shallot, capers, dill, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season to taste.
  • Spread a flavorful mayonnaise mixture generously on the toast before layering with ripe avocado, fresh salad leaves, smoked salmon, and crisp cucumber for a delicious and satisfying sandwich.
