Smoked salmon and avocado nori rolls

Elevate your sushi game with creamy smoked salmon rolls.
Ingredients:
  • 300g sliced smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 63.13 gm pure cream
  • 20.00 ml chopped pickled ginger (see note)
  • 3 nori sheets (see note)
  • 1 small avocado, peeled, stone removed, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Combine one-third of the salmon with the cream cheese, cream, and ginger in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Cut nori sheets in half crosswise. Lay 1 nori sheet, shiny side down, on sushi mat. Place one-sixth of the salmon slices in a single layer on the nori sheet, leaving a 1cm border along one long edge. Spread one-sixth of the salmon mixture thinly over the salmon. Line up avocado slices along the side closest to you.
  • With gentle precision, lift the edge of the mat nearest to you using your thumbs and index fingers. Secure the filling with your other fingers. Roll the mat tightly to wrap up the nori. Repeat for the remaining salmon slices, nori sheets, and salmon mixture. Cut each nori roll into 4 pieces and serve.
