Create a vibrant mango avocado salad with crispy bacon, crunchy walnuts, and a tangy vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup white wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup sunflower seed oil
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • ground black pepper
  • 4 ripe avocados, cubed
  • 2 mango, cubed
  • lemons, juiced
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn, or to taste
  • 1.5 cups walnut halves
  • 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, and pepper. Chill dressing until serving.
  • Combine avocados, mangoes, and lemon juice in a bowl, gently mixing until incorporated.
  • In a large bowl or platter, combine lettuce, avocado-mango mixture, walnuts, bacon, and dressing. Toss well before serving.
