Creamy avocado deviled eggs with a zesty lime twist and crispy bacon topping.
Ingredients:
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 3 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped, divided
  • 2.5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • sea salt to taste
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 1 dash hot sauce, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine egg yolks in a bowl with avocado, most of the chopped turkey bacon, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mash until mixture is well blended.
  • Fill a piping bag or plastic bag with a snipped corner with the filling. Pipe the filling into each egg white, then garnish with a piece of turkey bacon, a slice of jalapeño, and a dash of hot sauce.
